Any Advice Welcome

I have applied for an Emergency Nurse Practitioner position and have to arrange a presentation for my interview. 10 mins for ideal philosophy of care within MIU (Minor Injuries Unit ) including holisitc practice, beliefs and values relating to collegues / MDT, with main emphasis on reflective practice. Then 10 mins for considering the managerial aspects of Band 6 (or in non UK terms a Sister's position) How these responsibilities will impact on me on a daily basis and how I envisage I will contribute to development of a cohesive team ...... if anyone has any advice on what i should include etc ... I would be very grateful to hear your experiences or thoughts. Many Thanks.
