Nurse practitioner questions

Good evening,

I am currently an RN studying to become a Nurse Practitioner. For my next assignment, I need to interview a Nurse practitioner. However, I work independently in home health and unfortunately, I do not know any Nurse practitioners to help me conduct this interview. I was hoping there would be a few in this forum to help assist with answering a few questions for me. That would be super helpful for my assignment. I am open to having a few people answer a few questions each if you don't want to answer all of them. Thank you so much for your help!

1.) How do you remain professional and handle stress in the workplace?

2.) How do you remain professional during a disagreement with a patient or colleague?

3.) How did you feel when transitioning from RN to APRN? Were you able to adjust easily or did you find it more difficult?

4.) How do you feel about more states allowing NPs to practice independently, write orders, and prescribe medications?

5.) How are you able to uphold ethics and how do you handle ethical dilemmas in your workplace?

6.) If you came across an unethical dilemma related to patient care, how would you handle it? What steps would you take to prevent it from reoccurring?

8.) What strategies, if any, do you use to motivate patients to participate in their own car

9.) what are the most common barriers you face practicing as a nurse practitioner

10.) How do you feel you have overcome some of these barriers in the workplace?

Thank you for any help you are willing to assist with.
