Nurse to Patient Ratio calculations

Rather than trying to form a union in Texas I think nurses just need to form a group collect funds and hire an attorney to help question the calculation methods used to produce nurse to patient ratio assignments. We should also question of why the Texas Board of Nursingis publishing articles from research regarding omission errors that is not their place. And of course it always falls back on the nurse and never to the hospital or facility or agency this is completely wrong. Nurses in Texas have no advocacy groups that really get to the root of the problem. I don't need some organization to go to the capital or Washington DC to spew out rhetoric.
