Hey guys, I am new tot his message board but so thankful I found it. Now I can ask everyone the questions that boggle my mind. :spin: I am in my second semester of my third yr of nursing school and I started applying for extern programs for the summer. I'm so lost at this point, I have an interview today and I'm trying to figure out if granted I do get accepted.....do I want to work somehwere that is close and may not pay much.....or somewhere that is farther and I can see a whole lot more than a community hospital. Does anyone have any advice on what they did or are doing? At this point, I do not have any real direction......I have loved every clinical I have done so far so I'm looking for somewhere that will let me rotate so I can find my direction. Thanks guys.....any advice about nurse extern programs would be greatly appreciated!!
