I am looking for feedback as to how I might best provide my clients with quality service. My company provides services such as peer review, chart auditing, discharge planning, and quality improvement to ensure quality patient care, and enhanced reputation. Whether you are a staff nurse or report to a nurse manager, you have ideas about the disciplines listed. The nature of my work is relatively the same from client to client. However, part of running a successful business is the ability to customize service. Any thoughts how I can best provide customized service in these clinical disciplines?
