Nurse education for Stay at Home RN

Hey all! I graduated over a year ago and was blessed to immediately get a job in med-surg but I left on maternity leave shortly after orientation. When I returned from maternity leave I felt a pull towards ministry but also wanted that extra time with my family. I changed to prn status after working a few months (I now work about 3-5 times a month) but I find it difficult to keep up my skills and knowledge on all the various conditions my patients can have. Do you all have any tips on free/inexpensive continuing education to keep me up to date? Websites, videos, anything is welcome!
