Nurse Corps Loan Repayment - Multiple HPSA sites

I'm submitting my application for the first time. My site has a primary health score and a mental health score. I'm a primary care nurse, but the medical and MH clinics are completely integrated and I work a lot with the mental health team. I can't find any information on this scenario. Should I enter both HPSA sites? Just the MH site? I almost certainly won't get funded with just the primary care score. I administer psych meds, help the MH MAs, and triage patients for the MH team daily so I really don't think it's inappropriate to use the higher MH site score. My supervisors agree. I was just wondering if anyone has run into this, and how you entered your sites into the Employment Verification portion of the application. Any help is appreciated!

Hey there, I received this scholarship as well a couple years ago and I found it very confusing! When trying to find a place to work, they will approve it as a HSPA approved site if either the primary care OR mental health score . Which ever ones is highest. I hope that helps!
