Nurse almost 5 years and I want to travel after ICU for 8 months

Hi everyone, 

I’ve been a nurse for going on 5 years now and been in ICU for 8 months now. I want to do local traveling ICU contracts or Care Rev because the rates are so high right now. It’s very frustrating to be making $35/hr when the person next to me is making $160/hour(travel pay or Care Rev). 
 

The travelers I talk to say the agencies won’t care. I do think they will care. But I’m tired of this pay!:(

also, has anyone been waitlisted by Care Rev? I’ve been waitlisted for weeks now.
