Number of UM Reviews/RN/Day goal

I have tried to find a tool to set our goal so that we measure the performance of our UM nurses. I work for a company that has a UM department performing reviews for providers - Inpatient, Outpatient, etc. We have assistants that complete requests for services we have deemed as 'auto auth'.

I have looked in URAC, DOL, all UM standards that I can think of to find what we should set our goal at for the # of reviews per RN per day. Currently, our goal is 30 reviews, but if the average review takes 5 minutes then that is only 150 minutes in one day!

Does any one know of a tool, or developed a tool so that we can measure UM RN productivity?
