NSU Entry BSN Fall 2016

Hi all, I am applying to NSU entry BSN for Fall 2016.Thought I would make a new topic since I didn't see an existing one in hopes of connecting with other applicants. Anyone else advised not to use the NursingCas system? The person I spoke to in advisement told me to send my application to direclty NSU via the apply button online, but don't bother using NursingCas (I'm not sure why if they won't be using it anymore or not). I spoke to someone at Main campus initially for advisement and then a different person at Miami Campus both said don't bother using NursingCas. Was anyone else told this? Is there anyone else around applying for Fall 2016? I recently bought the 6th edition Kaplan book and began studying. Good luck out there, if there are any more applicants around!!

I have submitted everything on 2/28 about how long does it take to receive an update?

JenniferOrti I've heard most people receive an update within two weeks of submitting everything. How many classes are you missing? Just A&P II? Do you all of your documents show as "received" online?

Yes everything shows completed. Yes just A&P with the lab.

I would say if at the 2 week mark you haven't heard anything back, give them a call. If they really are doing interviews one on one now, then remember everything could be taking a bit longer. Which campus are you applying to?
