NP Programs - Ontario

Hello,

I am looking for some advice regarding the competitiveness of PHC NP admissions in Ontario. I have both ICU and ER experience and have worked also in ER in remote northern Canada. I have some quality improvement and leadership experiences. My professional references are strong but I lack academic references; I have great grades from nursing school but did not interact much with my professors.

How competitive am I for admission to an NP Program in Ontario? Does anyone have any recommendations on experiences to strengthen my application?
