NP program at Saint Louis

I received some very exciting news this week, I've been admitted into the FPMHNP program at Saint Louis University for fall 2016! I was wondering if there was anyone out there that has any experience with the program, knows anyone who was in the program, or has any general advice? Thanks yall!

Hello,

I was just readmitted to the Psych NP program in fall 2016. I started in Fall of 2013 and took just Adv. Patho and Family development. I was admitted directly after graduating a BSN program. I wanted more varied nursing experience and had some personal family issues with disabled spouse and withdrew in good standing, so they let me back in.

I also have several colleagues who either graduated or are currently studying at either SLU or Maryville, so I can help you out. I don't post on these forums much, let me know if you can PM / share your contact info.

I graduated from SLU's AGACNP last fall. I thought is was a very good but demanding program. Good luck!

Hi CC-RN-EMTP! I am starting the AGACNP program at SLU next month. Do you have any tips on taking advanced pharm and advanced patho together? Or any tips in general? I'll be working part time so I'm hoping I feel comfortable with my schedule and program requirements.
