I was wondering do NPs can have license in more than one state or not?

You can apply for a license in, and or practice in, as many states as you wish---as long as you remember that scope of practice rules vary significantly from one state to another. If you're going to cross state lines to practice be certain that whatever you are doing is allowed by the BON and, if there are conditions for certain things, know what the conditions are. I have licenses in several states. Some of them allow me to practice completely independently, others require that I am supervised by a physician, and others have bizarre NP practice restrictions. Also bear in mind that applying for multiple states licenses and renewing them gets expensive, so unless you really intend you use them they may not be worth getting.
