and view this document. Give it time to download. It is slow. Very interesting. On page 6, first paragraph, there is a lady who gives her email address where those who are interested can email her your complaints about short staffing, poor quality care, or any other areas you see that need improved in your nursing home. These emails go straight the President's top administration. I encourage all of you to comment on your complaints. Maybe we can get some action taken. Thanks.
