I am a new grad RN who started in August 2021 (close to almost a year) and I feel as if I am not at my peak. On some occasions, I have been called more times that any of my cohort to my managers office regarding something that I did overnight. For example, she called me in because I forgot to unclamp a patient's nephrostomy after flushing and they had to file an incident report about it. I feel like I am not good enough to be on my unit and sometimes it makes me feel odd that none of my cohort people have needed to be called by my manager. Any advice?
FYI I work nights.
