About 3 weeks ago (9/7/18) I got an interview with the Clinical Director/Nurse Practitioner for an outpatient GI office (Northwell). There was suppose to be one more person (Sr. Admin Director) at the time of the interview but she couldn't make it. The interview went smoothly. More of a conversation than an interview really for a little over an hour. The NP touched on Northwell's foundation and expectations and would throw in a question or scenario here and there. Example "A patient is calling you about chest pain, what would you do" or "You received 4 voicemails which one is more important to call back." Really simple questions and nothing too thought-provoking. So at the end of the interview, she gave me the option of working full time or working part-time and slowing easing into the full-time position. Before leaving she gave me her email to contact her if talent acquisition didn't contact me in 3 days time ... which they didn't so I emailed the NP and she told me to give it few more days.
The NP also said that talent acquisition would have to schedule me another interview with the Sr. Admin Director at the actual office location so that I can be introduced around to the staff. It's been 3 weeks with no word with talent acquisition. I've called a handful of times with voicemails and also emailed but no response!! Anyone else also had to wait this long from talent acquisition?
I'm an ADN new grad from this past May. Currently employed at an urgent care but want to leave ASAP
