North Houston Surgical Hospital

I’m a RN living in Conroe, TX. I have an ASN and was having trouble finding work in the major hospitals. I interviewed, was offered, and accepted a position at a “micro-hospital” for day surgery. I’m optimistic, but cautious. I cannot find any information about the hospital online. No reviews, BBB info, NOTHING! In fact, I don’t see where the hospital even has a website! Should I be concerned? Any chance anyone has worked for this system or specific location?
