North Dakota?

I may have to move to North Dakota in the near future and I haven’t been able to find any information regarding whether they have a monitoring program or what it involves? Anyone have any information they could share like whether it exists or how it works, what the length is, how frequently is the testing , or what the other requirements are? I’m also wondering if they let you “transfer” in from another program.
