I think I just responded to another one of your posts. Why not get your PNP and go into practice on the side--without giving up your job? Are you in Grad School?
If you are you will eventually start thinking "out of the box" and will come up with your own ideas for your practice. You could work in the community. You could be a consultant. You are only limited if you think you are.
