Hello nurses!
I am asking on behalf of my partner, as English is not his first language. I hope that's okay! :)
He recently passed the NCLEX-RN examination, and is now licensed in New York State. His home jurisdiction is South Korea.

These are his 'registrations'? He's confused why the NY state has two - current and previous. Which one should he choose?

This is the registration for his Korean licence - he's okay with that.

It's his NY State page that he's confused about... Specifically the "Are you eligible for registration/licensure in your jurisdiction?" question — we're not sure what the answer is.
For the "Current status of your nursing Registration/License?" there are three options - practicing, non-practicing and provisional. The answer for the Korean license is practicing, but he's not sure what the answer for the NY one would be.
Thanks for reading! We're hoping to be reunited in Canada sometime this year, so hopefully he can continue practicing as a nurse over here in Canada.
