NMC CBT how long before ATT for a retake?

I had my first attempt at the CBT on Friday and was unsuccessful. I had my results as soon as I stepped out of the testing center and got the email Saturday from NMC saying to go to their website about how to retake it but I see nothing about it.

Do do I contact NMC or Pearson Vue or do I have to wait the 28 days before even getting the chance to book the next attempt? Help
