NMC not accepting the HAAD license card from Abudhabi

Dear friends,

dose any body register with NMC holding a HAAD license card.NMC is not accepting the HAAD license card for registration instead asking to produce a nursing certificate ,which that country doesn't do it. any body experience this same problem ? what is the solution? can anybody help?
