From what I've learned, it is rather depressing. There is not much else one can do other than put on a brave face and try to get through it. It seems like RAMP is best suited for nurses who suffer from addiction. If that is not the case, then it is tolerable if not boring/nerve wracking from trying to put on the best show so you can get good reviews.
This is entirely based on second hand knowledge so PLEASE take with a grain of salt. I have not started the RAMP process yet and have asked everyone I can think of to try to find some solace in all of this. Best of luck OP. Please let me know if you have any insight on it all

I've been informed that my hospital is referring me to RAMP. I am trying not to think of the situation (basically allegations against me but nothing proven) and find some silver lining in all of this.
I liked the idea of the Peer Support Group. I attended some AA meetings (for class) and found it really inspiring, so I figured that is not bad.
What was the experience like?
