NJ CHRC for PA BON

I’m a current NJ resident and a nursing student who will be graduating in May. I started my application for the PA BON. They’re asking for a NJ CHRC.

However, NJ isn’t processing them due to the pandemic. I won’t be able to start my job in PA if there’s a delay and I have to wait till things get back to normal to get my CHRC.

Does anyone know if the PA BON is making an exception or allowing the FBI CHRC as a substitute for the MJ CHRC?
