NICU at Westchester Medical Center

Hello,

I was interested in working at Westchester Medical Center in the NICU department and I was wondering if anyone can tell me if its a good area to go into as a new grad? And their thoughts in general of how they like the NICU at WCMC, the staff, patient ratio etc? Any input helps!!
