Hi, I haven't worked bedside for a few years. I have had a lot of experience in pediatrics and floated many times in NICU. I mainly cared for feeders and growers. 

Since it has been a while, does anyone have a list of common meds with dosages for the NICU. It is a level 2+ NICU. We do use vents but the maximum we leave them of vent is 3 days, then they are transferred out. Any help or suggestions will be helpful. I probably won't start job until March. I have an offer. I just want to be up to speed before I start. Thank You
