Newark Beth Israel Peds vs. NICU

Hello!

I am going to an open interview event for Newark Beth Israel Medical Center next week. They are hiring for several units, including the NICU and the pediatrics unit. I am debating which unit I should interview for (attendees can only choose one unit to interview for) and wanted to reach out on here! If there are nurses on here who have worked at NBIMC on either of these units, please reply to share your experiences there. I am a new grad and I am very interested in both units, so deciding which to interview for is a tough decision. I would love to get a feel for the environment on both units.
