New to OB

I have been a Med-Surg nurse for 8 years, and am now cross-training to our OB department. We are a small hospital and only have 60-70 deliveries a year. I'll be doing L&D, Postpartum, and Nursery. I'm a little rusty on my OB knowledge since it's been a little while since nursing school. Are there any free websites that can help me refresh myself with the most important information? Or any other advice you have?

Is your hospital giving you a decent orientation to your new cross-trained roles? L&D, PP & nursery is a LOT to take in all at once!
