New Nurse Grad.....trying to figure out what to choose?

Hello, I am going to graduate this May with my BSN and hospitals are beginning to recruit us.

I have two options I am considering at the moment, I know I want to be a nursery nurse, but my dilemma is that I don't know where I should choose to work. One of the options is about 10 to 15 minutes...very close to where I live, but some of my family members work at this hospital and I don't really want to work where I will see them almost every time I work. My other option is about a 30 minute commute, but I don't have any family working in that hospital. I am not sure what to choose because I would be working a 12 hour shift, probably night shift, and I am concerned about sleeping on my drive back home. Can you please give me advise....does anyone commute less than one hour to work? Do you find it worth it?
