New nurse with a BS in marketing, career advice please!

Hello,

I would love some advice. I am a new registered nurse. I have been working on a med surg unit for only 4 months. My background includes a bs degree from UOP in business & markting. I am not getting any younger and have three kids. I do enjoy nursing in the hospital and I am learning a bunch but I am thinking of trying to combine my degree and find a job that is not as stressful and physically demanding (if you know what I mean). I am not sure if there is any hope since I really did not work in business. I stayed home with the kids. I was in the USN for four years though. I know I still need more experience as a nurse but I am trying to figure out a plan for my future!! Thanks so much!
