New Neuro Rehab Nurse

Hello Everyone,

I have just been hired to a Neuro Rehab unit; my background is Dementia and working at a Wound Ulcer Clinic.

Does anyone recommend a great book/text that I can start reading and get some in depth insight and learning?

I understand that I will be provided info and educational material on my orientation, I just want to get prepared before hand!

Any tips, suggestions, and ideas are welcome.
