Hi,
Just went for my 2nd interview yesterday with a HH company and they offered me a position. I feel very fortunate as I am a new LVN licensed in 9/05. I have been working in clinical trials since I graduated so this is going too be a whole new experience. So what should I expect???? I have orientation on Monday. The HR Manager said come a bit early on Monday too take 4 tests that I need too take, any idea what the tests might be????? Any tips or tricks any of you with experience have too help me out??? I will be working full-time to start and then will be part-time when I get into an RN program. I was upfront with them in the first interview that I will be finishing up my prereqs so I can get into an RN program.....they said that I just need too let them know when the time gets close so they can adjust my schedule.......Thanks for reading this and any tips.....

i'm also fairly new to home health after 40 years of hospital nursing. i started about five months ago and have had the same two patients for shifts and then i do some visits. i love it.
where i work the tests were on meds, math and your knowledge of nursing. they weren't that difficult though. good luck!
