New job at neuro ICU

 1. I’m starting in the neuro ICU after 7 months of med surg. What are some things I should read up on, or practice doing before and during the transitioning to the neuro ICU? 

2. I work days now, how do I transition to nights?

3. Anyone have real scrubs (for mount Sinai) xs in nyc?

4. Anyone work at mount Sinai west by 59 neuro ICU? Or know anyone that does
