Hello All,

I am new to the Dallas area, I am projected to graduate from and ADN/ASN program in May. I have come across ALOT of applications that say BSN required mostly and some preferred. I am interested in NICU / Pediatrics and I am having difficulty locating facilities to apply too. Is anyone else having these issues?

I'm graduating with my ADN as well. It's not gonna hurt to apply for the programs that say BSN required. Nurses are hemorrhaging and they won't disqualify you based on your degree (most of the time)
