I graduate with my RN degree in 2 weeks and I'll write my RN exam in June. I just started working as an undergrad on a busy medical unit and I'm feeling very stressed. I feel like things are so much harder on the unit. During school I did very well in clinical (Aand always had extremely positive feedback from my instructors. I did struggle with patho and A&P and now I'm scared that I don't have the knowledge. Does everyone feel this way? I feel like everyone thinks I'm an idiot!

hello there!i understand how you feel. i am also a new grad working in oncology unit. when i first started early this year, i felt that i did not know anything at all. i would come home feeling sad for not knowing things that they have said during the handover. of course, we dont have time to search for stuff everytime we come across to someting new (unless, it is really important for us to know about the pts condition). so, what i would do is write down all the meds, diagnosis etc that i am not familiar with then after work i would do my proper research at home. this way, i could write them done on my notebook and can always look back when needed.
also, dont be too hard on yourself....as you have mentioned above that you have only been working for 2 weeks....you can only learn so much in a day....i suggest that you take one step at a time...r.e.l.a.x:nurse:
i hope this helps.....
