New grad starting orientation

I am a new grad, got my license in November. I started working in a nursing home immediately after nclex while waiting to hear back from the hospital I really wanted. I was offered a position at said hospital and I start on Monday. I have been off work for 2 1/2 months because I just had a baby. I am nervous that I have forgotten everything. So what are some things that are must knows in your opinion for being on the floor(med surg is what I'll be on)? If you've precepted what are things you taught or wished the person knew? Any advice is greatly appreciated!
