Hello All, 

 

I just graduated from a BSN program and am starting my nursing journey in a Level IV NICU in Mississippi.  I will be relocating, which is fine with me! I'm just throwing a net out to see what advice anyone is willing to share with me about starting in the NICU.  I am beyond excited to be starting my career! Thanks so much in advance for any/all advice. ?
