new grad RN job question

Specializes in cardiac PCU.

I got three offers: Inpatient Acute Rehab in a trauma level 1 hospital, Dialysis at Davita, PCU at trauma level 2 hospital.

I'm leaning toward Acute Rehab because it's day shift and closet to home. though the pay is $3 less than Davita. What is it like for inpatient acute rehab unit? pros and cons. 

what can I do to prepare before my first day?
