New Grad Rn, BSN Job Hunting

I will be graduating in May from a BSN program in NY and am having a hard time trying to figure out where to even begin for job hunting. I am most interested in BSN Residency/Fellowship programs because from what I have seen I will have 6 months to a year with a preceptor and I am SO nervous to be an actual nurse. So far I have looked into New York Presbyterian, Northwell Health, and Westchester Medical Center, but have not found a whole lot on what all of the programs or job offers entail. I am in a location where I could easily commute into New Jersey or Connecticut as well. The areas of practice that I am most interested in is Pediatrics, PICU, NICU, and Labor and Delivery. I am most concerned about when to apply for a job and if the offer is a good one. Any and all advice is greatly appreciated!!!
