New Grad Positions in Dallas?

Hi everyone!

I am graduating from nursing school with a BSN this coming May. *Last month* I found out that my husband is being transferred to Dallas. I've been scrambling to apply to every nurse residency position I can find, but I feel like I'm running in the dark, and so far it's gotten me nowhere.

I don't know anyone in Dallas. I have no connections with any hospitals there. I haven't been to any recruiting events. Nothing. Just repeatedly searching online for open positions. It looks like half the nurse residency deadlines for summer cohorts were over by January!

I was wondering if any recent graduate or nursing instructor in the area could help me maybe focus my search. Are there any hospitals with late spring residency applications? Any hospitals that hire new grads outside a residency program? Any hospitals that do something like an internship over the summer while I apply for a fall cohort?

I was really hoping for an L&D position. Maternity is what I'm most passionate about; I've worked in an OB clinic; I've done research in the area; I hope to become a midwife. But at this point I'll take whatever I can get.
