New Grad Pay in Chattanooga, Charlotte, and DMV (D.C., Maryland, Northern Virginia)

Hello everyone! I'm planning on moving out of South Florida after I graduate this year with my ADN. I'm planning on moving to either Chattanooga, Charlotte or DMV (D.C. , Maryland, or Northern Virginia) that's closer to DC. metro area. I would like to be an ICU or OR nurse with my end goal of going into Cath lab, Interventional Radiology, or Diagnostic Radiology.

1) Can anyone input what the new grad pay is and what hospital is best to work for in these areas?

2) With the new grad pay are you able to live comfortably and afford a studio or 1 bedroom apartment?

3) What is the cost of a studio or 1 bedroom apartment in theses areas?

4) What are the best areas to live in?

I know the cost of living is increasing and want to know if its feasible to afford rent for just 1 person with no kids on a new grads pay just working 3(12s) or 4(10s).

I'm open to other cities in those states as I've been in Florida my whole life and would like to move to a state with 4 seasons and to have a change in scenery.
