New Grad NP, first interview

Hi everyone, 

I am a new grad NP and have my first interview for an ER NP position at a level 1 trauma. I have a total of 8 years ER/ICU experience. So hoping that will help me. I really want to do great in this interview. I was wondering if any ER NPs on this forum could provide some insight as what type of questions are asked. Should I be expecting any clinical type questions or are they more generic.
