New Grad Manager?

Hello,

I am in a bit of a predicament... I am a new grad, and literally just found out that I passed my boards yesterday!! (yay *insert happy dance*) I have been approached for a position in management, which is awesome, however I am worried about taking a position with no experience. I am worried about never gaining nursing experience... or would I get the experience I am looking for PLUS an awesome opportunity?

What kind of "management" position are you talking about? What type of institution would hire someone with zero experience to lead? That just doesn't make sense.

Either this isn't a typical management position -- or the institution is not the type that most people would want to work for.

Can you give us a little more information?
