New Grad Job Search

hi!! i recently graduated from nursing school in 2010 and passed the nclex shortly after. the bad thing is that i am a new grad with no experience. i have been on the search for a job as a rn for months and have had no luck. i don't know what to do at this point. i have been interviewed many times but they all say they have picked a more experienced rn. now i just don't know where they expect me to get this rn experience if no one will even give me a chance. i know if they hired me they would be glad to have me on their team, but i've only gotten as far as the second interview. i am so lost. does anyone have any suggestions on how to gain experience? i have applied just about everywhere, but does anyone know of good places to apply in the hampton roads area that will consider new grads? also does anyone have any suggestions about certifications (other than acls) or classes to help boost my resume?
