I am trying to apply for a job in the New Grad Initiative. I guess I've hit 10 applications now. However I am getting the message that you're only allowed to upload 10 resumes. I've been making a new resume for each individual job posting, since that's what HR types want to see right? Key words from the posting, action terms and all that. Was all that work for nothing, could I have just been submitting a generic resume?
Or anyone know, if you delete old resumes, does the application still go through to the employer?
I am going to call HFO tomorrow, but just wanted to post in case I get an answer tonight, since I was in the process of working on a bunch of resumes.
