I am just getting ready to graduate from my RN Program and have been hired into the OB Unit. Is there any great advice that can help me transition from a student into the OB Nurse? I am very excited to work with the mom and baby!

I'm also a new grad; started in August.
REMEMBER: always ask questions. Have patience with yourself. They tell me it takes a year to feel comfortable in L&D. Some days are better than others; everyday it gets a little bit easier - the more I work the more I trust myself.
PLEASE feel free to PM me or email me with any questions or concerns! Good luck!
