Hey all! I'm a recent new grad and my dream first job as an RN is to start my career working in an inpatient setting, but the wait to hear back from all the hospitals I've applied to is starting to make me realize that maybe I should start looking into gaining experience working as an RN in a different setting.
I was hoping to get some advice on what's a better place to work as a new grad: in a LTC setting or in primary care?
I figure just having any experience actually working as an RN (rather than having no experience + waiting for jobs that may never come my way) could possibly make me stand out more to prospective employers?
