New BSN grad salary Columbus, OH

Can anyone give me any insight as what hospitals or other organizations pay new grads in the Columbus, Ohio area? I live in Dublin and received my BSN in December. My first job is paying $24/hr and I wanted to see if that was competitive. Thanks!

Pretty competitive. You could be making the same amount of money if you went a little further south and have a lower cost of living though. Many of my friends who are in nursing live in Ohio and they started out around $23-27 an hour depending on the facility.

My guess is you are Mt. Carmel?
