Nervous about interview

In a nutshell, I am a second career nurse, first time around I was a medical technologist. I graduated in May of 2005, worked 6 months to the day in a very poorly supported telemetry nuit and have spen the last 18 months as a HIV case manager. I saw an ad for a job within my organization for an employee health nurse, more money and better hours. For some reason I am really nervous about this interview- mainly because I have only been in this position 18 months. On the other hand, one of the things that I feel makes me qualified for this new position is my lab experience doing point of care testing, drug screen, etc. I need some prayers that this will all work out the way it needs to, and something to say as to why I am wanting to change jobs besides the fact I feel burned out on this job.
