needlestick question

Hey guys. I had a pt the other day that I had to give Lovenox to. It was one of the prefilled Lovenox injection needles so it did not have a safety device. When I went to put it in the sharps box something was stuck in the box and the needle from my pt stuck my finger. I followed all necessary guidelines....milked the blood, washed my finger really good, and went to employee health for follow up. Well they tested the pt's blood and it was Hep B positive. I have had the Hep B vaccine and have the antibodies against it. Does anyone know if I could still get the disease? The employee health nurse said she did not think I had to worry about it, but she would check with the Nurse pract. on Monday. I am still pretty scared. Anyone know anything about this? Thanks for any help.
